Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN - Oncology for a chemotherapy treatment position requiring an active MA license, chemo certification, and 2+ years of oncology experience.

Details

• Ambulatory Hem/Onc treatment area providing chemotherapy administration to adult patients
• 10-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays
• 40 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• No floating or charge responsibilities required
• Weekly orientation held every Monday, barring holidays

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand at time of consideration
• Chemotherapy certification required
• 2+ years of oncology nursing experience required
• Ambulatory setting experience and chemo administration experience required
• Flu vaccination required during flu season, medical exemptions only
• COVID vaccine plus booster required, medical exemptions allowed

Additional Information

• Provide direct chemotherapy treatment to adult oncology patients in an ambulatory setting
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, local candidates not accepted
• Previous BIDMC or Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning
• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration
• Interview availability must be provided at the time of consideration
• First-time travelers may be considered
