Job Summary
Operating Room First Assistant (ORFA) St. Louis, MO. This position involves circulating and scrubbing procedures in the endovascular operating room, providing direct patient care, and supporting perioperative processes. Job Details

  • Shift: Days, 4x10-hour shifts, 0645-1715, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Start Date: 08/17/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Current RN license (eligible for licensure in Missouri or licensed in Missouri), BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, 1 year of endovascular operating room experience, and RNFA experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Scrub experience, knowledge of vascular patient care including amputations, EVAR, TCAR, TEVAR, AAA repair, bypass procedures.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required to other operating room units.
  • Additional Information: This role involves circulating and/or scrubbing procedures in the endovascular operating room, performing direct patient care activities across all age groups, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The RNFA will utilize advanced nursing skills, including knowledge of anatomy, asepsis, wound healing, and hemostasis techniques, to support surgical procedures and optimize patient care.
