Job Summary:
The Operating Room First Assistant (RNFA) position is located in the South County area of St. Louis, Missouri. This role involves circulating and scrubbing procedures within the Endovascular Operating Room, providing direct patient care, and supporting surgical teams during vascular procedures. The position offers an opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility with a focus on vascular patients and advanced surgical interventions.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license valid in Missouri or eligible for licensure in Missouri, BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, at least 1 year of experience as an Operating Room First Assistant (RNFA) in Endovascular OR, and experience with vascular patient care including EVAR, TCAR, TEVAR, AAA repair, and bypass procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Scrub experience preferred.
• Additional Information: This is a permanent position requiring scrub and circulating skills, with a focus on vascular surgeries. The RNFA will assist with tissue dissection, wound management, hemostasis, and maintaining aseptic technique. The role demands team collaboration, reliability, and the ability to work within established perioperative protocols. The assignment begins on 09/07/2026, with a 13-week duration.
