- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have OR circulator experience, main OR experience, and at least 0 years of relevant experience. Certifications and Education Requirements are as per facility standards.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with CST certification or experience in general, orthopedic, urology, robotics, and gynecology procedures are preferred.
- Additional Information:
- Facility has 12 operating rooms with a total of 350 beds.
- The surgical team includes 5 staff members on day shifts with roles such as RN circulator and CST.
- Patient ratios are 1:1, with various procedures performed on unit types including general, orthopedic, urology, robotics, and gynecology.
- Equipment includes main operating room trolleys and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- The unit values teamwork, experience, and flexibility, with a rotation that includes working every other weekend and holidays.
