Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Miami, Florida. This position involves providing high-quality surgical nursing care in a busy operating suite. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift / 12 hours shift / minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS certifications; 2 years current experience in an acute hospital setting; strong ortho, neuro, and robotics experience; willing to float to general Operating Room.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience, adaptable to fast-paced units, and able to function independently.
• Additional Information: The position involves preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, assisting surgeons during surgeries, inspecting and maintaining surgical equipment, and managing inventory. The unit handles complex procedures including robotics and Da Vinci surgeries, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 2:1.
