Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, 3 years of experience, valid nursing license, and ability to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications: Meditech experience, prior experience in a healthcare organization similar to the facility, and familiarity with orthopedic, general, colorectal, urological, and gynecological surgeries.
Unit Information:
Unit Type: Operating room with 4 ORs and 5-6 nurses per shift
Shift: 1 CNC and 5-6 RNs during the day shift; may consider 4x10-hour shifts depending on staffing needs
Typical Procedures: Total joint replacements, revisions, fractures, robotic and laparoscopic surgeries, colorectal, urological, and gynecological surgeries
Responsibilities: Pulling case carts, providing family updates via phone or Surgical Symphony, assisting with lunch/break relief, supporting after-hours recovery nurses, and participating in call coverage with full-time staff rotation (approximately 5 shifts including 1 weekend).
Dress Code: Scrubs provided by the facility.
Additional Expectations: Act as a second nurse/support for recovery, follow unit policies and guidelines.
