Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in Lafayette, Colorado. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties in accordance with accepted standards. The position requires assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care, providing health education, and executing supportive and restorative treatments. The RN will support the organizations mission, and may be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications, and participate in on-call duties during scheduled shifts.

Job Details:

Shift: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift
Experience: 1 or more years of RN experience
Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited School of Nursing, current RN license in the state of practice, BLS (AHA) certification, and 1+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree of Nursing, additional certifications as appropriate for the unit or service
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Additional Information: The nurse will perform health teaching, patient assessment, therapy and treatment planning, and documentation. May be required to float to other departments based on business needs and participate in on-call during shifts.
