Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care during surgical procedures, focusing on trauma, neuro, vascular, and ortho surgeries.
  • Participate in call schedules, ensuring availability for 6-8 shifts every 6 weeks, including nights and weekends.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Operate and maintain familiarity with surgical equipment and systems such as the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System.
  • Float between units or locations as required, aligning with facility needs and demands.
  • Adhere to the principles of quality patient care, infection control, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid CA RN license with experience in acute care settings.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operating Room environment, inclusive of trauma care.
  • BLS certification required; experience with Epic charting system preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience in handling trauma Level I cases.
  • Willingness to float between hospital units or affiliate hospitals as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
