Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal perioperative care with a focus on safety and patient satisfaction.
• Manage neuro-related OR procedures, predominantly in Neuro skillsets.
• Perform scrub and circulating duties as needed for diverse surgical cases.
• Fulfill weeknight and weekend call requirements as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with facility standards and protocols.
• Engage in ongoing unit collaboration and team communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with neuro, oncology, and orthopedic procedures preferred.
• Proficient in charting using Epic system.
• ACLS certification preferred; Trauma Level II experience required.
• DaVinci Robotics experience is highly preferred.
