✅ Requirements
Active Massachusetts RN License
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required
CNOR strongly preferred
BLS required
ACLS (or obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire)
Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
Circulate and coordinate patient care throughout surgical procedures
Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety
Verify patient identity, surgical site, and procedure
Manage surgical instruments, specimens, and counts
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the perioperative team
Provide accurate documentation and patient education
