The role involves providing specialized nursing care in a dynamic surgical environment, with responsibilities including assisting in various surgical procedures, handling sterilization protocols, and maintaining patient safety throughout the perioperative process.
Job Details:
Position: Operating Room Nurse OR Specialty
Location: Healthcare facility within 50 miles of the candidate's residence (specific facility name withheld)
Schedule: 12-hour days, including weekends as scheduled, with minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room setting; valid license to submit; ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment; experience with Baxter pumps, Phillips and Dynomap robots, and DaVinci Robot is highly preferred.
Additional Responsibilities: Cross-training in Endoscopy procedures; participation in call rotation involving one weeknight call every 4 weeks from 7 PM to 7 AM, and one weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) up to 24 hours every 3 months; must include a valid driver's license with submission.
Certifications: BLS Certification required

End Date: January 25, 2027
