Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse located in ISSAQUAH, Washington. This role involves providing specialized perioperative patient care in a busy surgical environment. The position requires collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural success.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience, valid ACLS and BLS certifications, and recent OR or surgical experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotics, ENT procedures, scrub duties, and orthopedic surgeries.
  • On-Call Requirements: On-call shifts are 12 hoursweekday shifts from 7 pm to 7 am or 7 am to 7 pm, with support divided among approximately 15 RNs. Weekend coverage is on support basis only.
  • Special Procedures/Unit Details: OR procedures including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, gynecology, spine, ENT with endoscope experience, robotics, trauma, vascular, and outpatient surgeries.
  • Patient Demographics: Adolescents, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics; daily census approximately 20 cases.
  • Additional Unit Information: Handling a variety of complex surgical cases with specialized equipment, including blood product administration, epidural pumps, PICC and central lines, wound vacs, and robotic procedures.
  • Travel & Certification Requirements: Minimum two references covering the past year, with no prior perm staff from the facility permitted to work as travelers.
