Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position located in Glendale, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for surgical patients within the designated department. The OR nurse collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality perioperative care tailored to the physical and developmental needs of patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shift; 10 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or eligible for licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 0 years of clinical experience in perioperative nursing or related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) are preferred.
  • Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for comprehensive perioperative patient care, including preoperative assessments, intraoperative support, and postoperative evaluations. The role requires effective communication, quick decision-making, and adherence to safety standards and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
