Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Shift: 8-Hour Variable Days
Contract: 13 Weeks
Join a high-volume Operating Room team supporting a wide variety of surgical specialties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Circulate in the Operating Room for a broad range of surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to deliver safe, efficient patient care.
- Assist with robotic procedures and maintain a sterile surgical environment.
- Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotation as assigned.
- Float to affiliated facilities when needed.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 5 years of Operating Room experience
- At least one completed travel assignment
- Circulating experience required; scrubbing experience preferred
- Da Vinci robotic surgery experience required
- Level II Trauma experience required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Personal vehicle required for call response (30-minute response time)
Assignment Highlights
- 13-week contract
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Variable 8-hour day shifts
- High-volume OR with 21 operating rooms and 40–60 cases daily
- Exposure to General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, GI, and other specialties
- Any professional scrub color accepted
