Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in Atlanta, GA, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of OR experience.
Details
- Hospital operating room (OR) setting in Atlanta, GA
- CVOR candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of full-time experience in a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong endovascular experience
- AM shift, 10-hour shifts
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum of 18 months of OR experience required
- CVOR RN candidates must demonstrate proficiency (self-rated 3s and 4s) in cardiac and vascular procedures with strong endovascular experience
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position — local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and RTO during the holiday period must be spread out — consecutive holiday days will not be approved
- Full SSN and DOB are required for consideration
- References are not required
