Job Details

• Location: Anchorage, AK
• Position Description: Operating Room Nurse (OR) at a general hospital surgical unit with 11 ORs, performing procedures such as Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, and robotic cases (gynecology, colorectal, general).
• Certifications, Education, Experience, and Location Requirements: Alaska Registered Nurse license, BLS, ACLS; 0 years of experience minimum, with required start date of 09/14/2026 and end date of 12/14/2026.
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 10 hours each, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.
• Required Qualifications: Alaska RN license, BLS, ACLS, and the ability to work the specified schedule.
• Additional Information: Experience as a circulator and as a Scrub RN is preferred. The unit uses Epic EMR and emphasizes a positive outlook and team-oriented attitude. On-call shifts are required, averaging 5-6 weekdays and 1 weekend shift every 4 weeks. Weekend work is necessary, with on-call duties during weekdays if scheduled.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must hold Alaska RN licensure and be available to start on 09/14/2026.
