Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room (OR) in Plymouth, MA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity for RNs with a passion for surgical care and expertise in various specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of aseptic techniques and complex surgical equipment.
• Assist with surgeries in various specialties including Orthopedic, GYN, Neuro, and General.
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care.

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current Operating Room experience.
• Experience in Orthopedic trauma and general surgery is required; Neuro experience is a bonus.
• Robotics experience must be noted to proceed with submission.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic techniques and technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment.
• BLS certification required.
• Travel experience is required.
• No more than three consecutive days off will be approved.
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility.
• Must have COVID-19 booster and flu vaccination; medical exemptions accepted.

Additional Information:

• Pass/fail ECG/telemetry test and medications test prior to acceptance; one attempt only to pass with an 85% score.
• Tests administered via Zoom Protector meeting within 48 hours of offer.
• Only natural nails allowed; unchipped polish and short nails only.
