Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse located in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing direct and indirect patient care in the operating room setting, utilizing nurse processes such as comprehensive patient assessment, development and implementation of nursing care plans, and patient education. The OR Nurse will deliver holistic, individualized care and develop interdisciplinary plans that incorporate various psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Days, starting at 7:00 AM, with variable start times (7a, 9a, 11a, 1:00p), rotating weekends, and overtime support. Shift hours total 10 hours per day with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA Registered Nurse Licensure, BLS (AHA) certification, Scrub and Circulate experience in Cardiac surgery, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hepatobiliary, robotic, spine, ophthalmology services, and prior experience in a hospital setting.
• Additional Information: The role focuses on perioperative patient care for various surgical procedures, including abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, cardiac surgeries, orthopedic procedures, and other specialized surgeries requiring scrub and circulate skills. Candidates must complete all onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide verification of work history and certifications as specified. The assignment duration is from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027, with compliance required prior to start date.
