Job Summary Operating Room (OR) Specialist in the Specialty located in an unspecified location. This role involves circulating and scrubbing across a variety of surgical procedures including general, neuro, orthopedic, ENT, and transplant surgeries. The position offers night shifts, with a start date as soon as possible, and requires working primarily on a West Main campus with potential flexibility to other ORs.
Job Details
Position Description: Circulates and scrubs in OR settings, with a focus on general, neuro, orthopedic, ENT, and kidney transplant surgeries, with liver transplant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications: Certification in nursing or surgical assisting (if applicable), completion of relevant education, required to work nights, with at least 1 year of OR experience.
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Must be capable of circulating in orthopedics, neuro, ENT (primarily head & neck), general surgery, organ procurement, trauma, and robotic surgeries. The role involves working at different OR locations, with a focus on orthopedic trauma, neurosurgery, ENT, bariatric, and transplant procedures. Candidates must provide their availability during application submission, and all RTO (Reasonable Time Off) requests need to be submitted at the time of application. Travel restrictions apply for local residents within 50 miles of the facility, and candidates with recent employment at the facility within the past six months are ineligible.
