Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 40 hours orientation, 13 weekend shifts per contract

Highlights:

• Level 1 Trauma Center with 32 operating rooms supporting a diverse surgical case mix
• Exposure to complex cases including cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomies, spinal procedures, and orthopedic fractures
• Scrub and circulate responsibilities across multiple specialty services
• Floating between specialized facilities including neuroscience and general surgery centers
• Epic charting system with scrubs provided
• No on-call or holiday requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required
• Level I Trauma experience and certification required
• Trauma Level 1 course and certificate preferred
• Previous charge experience required
• BLS certification required
• Valid state license or certification at time of submission
• Experience in cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomies, and spinal cases required
• Scrub experience required (non-negotiable)
• Experience with orthopedic fractures preferred
• Must be able to scrub and circulate
• Patient ratio experience: 1:1
• Valid references and certification copies required
• Pennsylvania fingerprints and childline clearance required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must complete labs within 48 hours of signing
