Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves working in a busy surgical environment with diverse specialties, requiring strong orthopedic and total joint experience. The schedule includes 8 or 12-hour shifts, with various days and evenings, and a start date expected around August 10, 2026.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 8/12-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with shifts varying from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM.
  • Required Qualifications: 1-3 years related work experience required. ORTHO AND TOTAL JOINTS certifications or experience required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The position involves caring for patients undergoing Gynecology, General, Urology, Robotics, Oncology, Orthopedics (Joint Replacements, Sports Medicine, and Oncology), Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastic, and Interventional Pulmonology surgical procedures. The orientation period occurs weekly every Monday, barring holidays. Candidates must be available for interviews and should provide their availability upon submission. Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted; relocation is required.
