Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures.
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team for effective patient outcomes.
• Manage and supervise patient flow to maintain quality operating room operations.
• Utilize Epic charting system for accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required, including nights, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Experience with trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic cases preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is essential.
• Valid California RN license in hand at the time of application.
• Willingness to float between facilities and cover night shifts if needed.
