Schedule: Variable schedule including weekends and call coverage as discussed during interview. Floating within facility scope of practice and to outpatient services as needed.

Highlights:

• Multi-specialty Operating Room with diverse service lines including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
• Epic charting system utilized throughout facility
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, and Pharmacy
• 1:1 patient ratio providing focused surgical care
• Orientation provided with specialized modules based on assignment length
• Up to 7 days of time off may be requested (must be finalized at time of submission)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience prior to travel assignment
• Required experience in Neurology, Transplant (solid organ), General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic surgical procedures
• Minimum 3 years overall nursing experience; first-time travelers not accepted
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community Hospital and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Proficiency in diverse surgical procedures including arthroscopy, craniotomy, total joint replacement, transplant procedures, laparoscopic techniques, spinal surgeries, and gynecological procedures
• Full compliance with all facility requirements must be completed prior to start date
