Job Summary:
Surgical Technician (OR Technologist) position located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves supporting surgical procedures in a facility with 14 beds and a staff of over 100 members. The assignment includes working day shifts with scheduled on-call responsibilities, contributing to a busy surgical unit that handles general, gynecological, robotic, urological, trauma, neurological, and orthopedic surgeries.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred, with a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with general, gynecological, robotic, urological, trauma, neurological, or orthopedic procedures highly desirable.
• Experience: No minimum years of experience required.
• Additional Information: The role requires availability for 3-4 call shifts per month, with weekend coverage also expected. The facility primarily uses the EMR system Epic and adheres to specific unit policies and guidelines. The position involves working in an environment that values adaptability, effective communication, and a diligent work ethic.
