This role involves supporting registered nurses and surgical teams by performing scrubbing duties, maintaining asepsis, and ensuring the proper care and handling of equipment. Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Day shift; 8-hour shifts from 06:30 to 15:00, with 40 hours per week. The position may include 2-3 weekday call shifts and weekend call every 3rd to 4th week.
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist educational program or an approved Surgical Technology training program through military training; NBSTSA-Certified Surgical Technologist (CST); BLS certification; CVOR experience; ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of organizational policies and procedures to provide patient care; knowledge of safety hazards and precautions; excellent communication skills; asepsis, scrubbing duties, and equipment care skills.

• Additional Information: The role demands frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. It involves exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and potential infectious materials.
