Travel Operations Manager

We are looking for motivated, organized individuals interested in building a career in the travel industry as a Remote Travel Operations Manager. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the business and confidently assist clients with their travel needs.

As a Travel Manager, you will work directly with clients to research, plan, and book vacations based on their preferences, needs, and budget. You will have access to travel suppliers, booking platforms, training resources, and industry tools while developing your own client base and growing your travel business.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, theme parks, and other travel options.
• Prepare customized vacation quotes and itineraries.
• Assist clients with booking accommodations, transportation, activities, and vacation packages.
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and travel requirements.
• Complete ongoing supplier and destination training.
• Maintain organized client and booking records.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients.
• Market your travel services and develop your personal client base.

You're Ideal If You

You are self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. You enjoy helping people, researching travel options, and creating memorable experiences for others.

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service can be helpful but is not required. You should be comfortable using computers, communicating with clients, learning new systems, and taking initiative in building your business.
