Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people, exploring vacation possibilities, and bringing multiple details together. As a Travel Opportunity Specialist, you will help clients discover and organize experiences based on their interests, desired dates, and budget.
You may assist with beach vacations, cruises, resort stays, family getaways, couples trips, group experiences, tours, and international destinations. The role combines client communication, online research, reservation coordination, and ongoing customer support.
What You'll Do

Learn about each client's vacation vision, preferences, schedule, and spending goals

Explore destinations and identify experiences that complement individual client requests

Compare hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, activities, transportation, and package options

Explain package details, available offers, reservation requirements, and important dates

Coordinate approved vacation services through supplier booking resources

Keep track of confirmations, upcoming deadlines, and outstanding information

Check reservation details carefully before finalizing arrangements

Provide clients with itinerary information and planning updates

Respond to questions and assist with routine booking adjustments

Communicate with clients through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, client preferences, and reservations

Work with supplier partners when additional booking assistance is needed
