Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Operating room nursing experience preferred
• Experience with OR circulating duties strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical safety practices
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective in a fast-paced perioperative environment
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and support efficient case flow
• Maintain a sterile, safe, and organized operating room environment
• Assist with circulating duties and coordinate care throughout the surgical process
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and support staff to promote excellent patient outcomes
• Support a professional, patient-centered culture in the OR
