Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing patient care services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for Travel OR Registered Nurses for multiple contract roles with an exceptional hospital based out of Florence, SC.

·      13 WEEKS

·      $2126 total weekly gross compensation

·      Day shift: M-F 6:30 AM - 5 PM (4x10s with some on call)

·      Benefits: Weekly Pay, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k

Responsibilities:

·      Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients

·      Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

·      Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

·      Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

·      Maintain accurate patient medical records in Epic EMR

We are currently speaking with candidates who have:

·      2 years of OR RN experience with general, neuro, ortho, robotics etc. experience

·      Active RN in SC or compact required.

·      BLS / ACLS credentials required.

·      Epic EMR experience preferred.
