Travel OR Nurse - Days - Florence, SC

Currently we are searching for Travel OR Registered Nurses for multiple contract roles with an exceptional hospital based out of Florence, SC.




·      13 WEEKS - Start ASAP

·      $2038 total weekly gross compensation

·      Day shift: M-F 9 am - 9:30 pm (3x12s) plus some weekend shifts and on call

·      Benefits: Weekly Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k




Responsibilities:

·      Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients

·      Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

·      Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

·      Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

·      Maintain accurate patient medical records in Epic EMR

 

We are currently speaking with candidates who have:

·      2 years of OR RN experience with general, neuro, ortho, robotics etc. experience

·      Active RN in SC or compact required.

·      BLS / ACLS credentials required.

·      Epic EMR experience preferred.
