Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Operating Room following all procedural protocols.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a seamless surgical process.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections.
• Document and report all patient interactions and observations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and department policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with eligibility to work in Texas.
• Two years of experience required; trauma level II experience preferred.
• Travel experience is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Strong skills in trauma and general surgery, including experience with robotic systems.
