Job Details

• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment
• Setting: Level 3 trauma center operating room
• Location: Chardon, Ohio area — convenient access to Cleveland and Northeast Ohio healthcare jobs
• Start Date: October 18, 2026
• End Date: January 16, 2027
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 4 day shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call Requirement: Required; approximately 1 call shift per week in a 6-week schedule plan, plus one weekend call every 5 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,620 - $1,710

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience supporting surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR environment
• Ability to respond to call and arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when scheduled
• Comfort working in a collaborative surgical team environment with a strong focus on patient safety
• Completion of required onboarding, screening, and competency documentation prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality circulating and/or scrub support in the operating room
• Prepare the OR for surgical cases and maintain readiness throughout the day
• Support surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists during procedures
• Monitor patient condition and maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient surgical environment
• Participate in call coverage and respond promptly when assigned
• Collaborate with the surgical team to help keep cases moving smoothly and safely
• Assist with patient care, documentation, and perioperative workflow as needed
