Description
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Charleston, South Carolina.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Will work 3x12 hour shifts, Days (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM).
Call Rotation: Up to 4 call shifts (end of shift - 7:00 AM) per month.
Weekend Requirement: Up to one working weekend shift every 4 weeks.
Holiday Requirement: Must work at least one of the holiday periods.
Job Description
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN), you will be responsible for managing patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment. This role involves collaborating closely with surgical teams to ensure high-quality care and patient safety during various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Circulate and scrub during surgical procedures.
- Monitor and manage patient vitals before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Coordinate with surgical teams to maintain a sterile environment.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of OR equipment and instruments.
- Participate in patient education and post-operative care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting is strongly preferred.
- Active SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Scrub experience is highly preferred.
- Radiation badge to be provided by the agency.
