Operating Room Nurse (RN)

Position Description

We are seeking a proficient Operating Room Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment located in Cypress, TX. This position requires a dedicated and skilled individual to join a dynamic surgical team.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 9 OR suites + dedicated cysto room
• Number of Staff: 50
• Day Shift Staffing: Free Charge RN, all rooms staffed plus 2-3 float teams
• Night Shift Staffing: several teams until 5 PM, 2-3 teams until 7 PM, 1 team 3 PM - 11 PM
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• EMR: Meditech

Qualifications

• Must Have Skills: General surgery experience, orthopedic experience.
• Preferred Skills: Cardiovascular (CV) experience, Da Vinci robotics experience.

Requirements
