You'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch patient care and making a real difference in the lives of those we serve. We’re looking for talented RNs who are passionate about their work and ready for the next challenge. **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Nursing) - **Shift:** 7a-3:30p, 8-hour days - **Duration:** 13 weeks - **Requirements:** - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing - Current NYS RN license - BLS certification required; ACLS preferred - Preceptorship, charge, and leadership abilities preferred for experienced RNs - **Responsibilities:** - Provide quality patient care with a thorough knowledge of nursing principles - Assess patients' clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual needs - Recognize and address safety issues for yourself and others - Utilize lifts to move patients safely - Function well in stressful situations with strong problem-solving skills - Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively - May assume duties as a charge nurse when required - Exhibit excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal) - Operate typical clinical equipment and instrumentation used in OR/ASU - Interpret lethal dysrhythmias - Be on call with a response time of 30 minutes **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
