**Join Our Dynamic Operating Room Team as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel RN - OR - **Schedule:** Full-time, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM - **Assignment Length:** 13 Weeks - **Location:** Idaho Falls, ID - **Unit Name:** Operating Room - **Guarantee of Hours:** 36 per week - **Start Date:** Must be available to start October 26 or later **About the Unit:** - **Operating Room** with 13 ORs - **Staff Composition:** - 25 RNs - 29 CSTs - **Daily Staffing:** - M-F: 13 RNs / 13 CSTs to run up to 10 rooms during day shift - Evening shift: 8 RNs / 8 CSTs for up to 7 rooms - Night coverage: Trauma team available **Surgical Procedures Include:** - High acuity burn care: wound debridement, skin grafting - Dental restoration and oral maxillofacial surgeries - ENT procedures: T&A to parathyroidectomy - Gastroenterology: EGD, colonoscopy - General surgeries across various specialties - Gynecology: ablations, hysterectomies - Neuro: spinal fusions, craniotomies - Open Heart: CABG and more - Orthopedics: trauma and total joints - Robotics: gynecological and general surgeries - Trauma surgical care **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience - Trauma experience is crucial - Flexibility for shifts and on-call is essential - Preferred skills: CNOR certification, Burn, Robotic, and Neuro experience **Personality Fit:** - Open and outgoing - Forward-thinking and innovative - A strong team player - Excellent critical thinking abilities **Required Certifications:** - BLS **Dress Code:** - In accordance with AORN standards **Weekend and Call Information:** - Rotate weekend call every four weeks - Evening/night call to fill staffing gaps **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
