Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Athens, TX 75751

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Athens, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00). Includes rotating pain management call and weekend call coverage.

Highlights:

• 91-day travel assignment in a dynamic operating room environment
• Circulate across multiple specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, ENT, and podiatry
• Gain diverse surgical experience with pain management procedures
• Comprehensive orientation provided to ensure successful integration
• Work with Epic charting system in a collaborative surgical team

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency in circulating for general, orthopedic, obstetric, ENT, and podiatry procedures
• Must reside outside of the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
