Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2 years of OR experience and an OK or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting
• 12-week assignment with day shift schedule (5x8 hours, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
• On-call responsibilities required
• Floating within scope to other units as needed based on facility requirements
• Floating may also be required to other facilities within a 75-mile radius
• Block scheduling requests are not accommodated

Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• NRP certification preferred
• EKG/Dysrhythmia competency testing required during compliance process if offered
• Circulating and scrubbing skills required
• Current and valid driver's license or state-issued ID required for consideration
• Utility bill in candidate's name with matching address within the last three months required for consideration
• 2 supervisory references required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
• Maximum of 5 days of RTO accepted per 13-week assignment, with no holiday RTO permitted
• Former INTEGRIS employees must have a minimum of 1-year separation from the facility to be eligible
• Any gaps in work history of 3 months or more must be explained
• Pending state licenses are not accepted
