Experience Required
Must Have:
Transplant surgery experience
Orthopedic surgery experience
Neurosurgery experience
Preferred:
Kidney transplant experience
Liver transplant experience
Additional orthopedic and neuro OR experience

Ability to work independently
Excellent performance in high-pressure environments

Weekend & Holiday Requirements
Every other weekend
Rotating holiday coverage with permanent staff

Clinical Support: Caribbean Blue
Surgical Staff: Ciel Blue
Radiology: Black
Lab: Khaki
Respiratory Therapy: Gray
Parking
Park in the garage on the 3rd or 4th floor (day and evening shifts)
Floating
HCA Florida Largo West Campus (Psych/Rehab) is considered part of the main hospital and may be used as a float location according to facility policy.
Summary
Shift: Days, 5:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Contract: 91 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Unit: 10-room Operating Room
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Required Experience: Transplant, Orthopedic, and Neuro OR
Preferred: Kidney and Liver Transplant experience
EMR: Meditech
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Rotating holidays
Scrubs: Navy Blue for RNs
