Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (10:30 AM – 9:00 PM) | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate surgical procedures across a wide range of specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center operating room environment
- Participate in on-call coverage, including up to two call shifts per month (weekends, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- Work up to one weekend shift every four weeks and at least one designated holiday period per contract
- Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units as required
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in South Carolina or a Multistate/Compact RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Radiation badge compliance (badge provided by agency)
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Scrub experience in the OR setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system
- Experience working in a Magnet-designated or academic teaching facility
