• Call Requirements: Weekday and weekend call required
• EMR: EPIC
• Facility Setting: 10 operating rooms with a wide variety of surgical cases

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong adaptability and ability to work well in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Experience with robotics preferred
• Open heart or vascular experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical cases
• Support procedures involving general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart specialties
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure smooth operating room workflow
• Anticipate patient, surgeon, and procedural needs throughout the surgical process
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold surgical safety standards
• Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage as assigned
• Contribute as a positive, self-starting team member who is attentive, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed
