Key Responsibilities

Perform circulator duties in a high-volume operating room supporting all surgical specialties including Neuro, Robotics, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics
Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout perioperative care, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes
Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including robotic systems
Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
Adhere to unit guidelines, dress code requirements, and scheduling policies including rotating weekends and on-call obligations

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR Circulator
Experience with all surgical procedures across multiple specialties
Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Ability to wear navy blue scrubs per unit dress code requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Robotic surgical experience, specifically with DaVinci Xi and Mako systems
CNOR certification preferred
Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care operating room setting
