Requirements: Maryland or compact RN license required upon submission. 2 years of Operating Room experience is required. Level II trauma experience is required. Proficiency in Trauma, ENT, Colorectal, Plastics, Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, Oral/Dental, Laparoscopic Procedures, Urology, Ophthalmology, GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Robotics, Vascular and Thoracic procedures. General OR and Trauma experience are required. Required case experience includes thoracic procedures, ENT procedures, endoscopic procedures, general surgery, gynecology, neurosurgery, orthopedics and trauma. Experience with emergency OR response, fire safety, malignant hyperthermia, and latex allergy precautions is required. Experience with electrosurgical units, fiber-optic equipment, and Steris equipment is required.
