Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring broad surgical experience across multiple service lines and a NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Operating Room department of a large hospital setting
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Documentation completed in Cerner
• Variable scheduling with call requirements
• May float to other departments as needed
• Shift hours from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Broad surgical knowledge required across general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma service lines
• Must have a skill level of 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular procedures with no exceptions
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform circulating and/or scrub duties across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• First-time travelers may be considered
