**Join Our Team as an Operating Room RN!** - **Unit Information:** - **Location:** Reston Hospital Center - **Floor:** 1st Floor - **Building:** Pavilion I - **Number of Beds:** 18 - **Dynamic Team Environment:** - Mix of RNs and Surgical Technicians - Day Shift: - Scrub and Circulator for 18 rooms - Charge RN - Service Line Experts/Support - OR Support Technicians - Night Shift: - Scrub and Circulator for trauma team - Additional on-call teams - **Required Skill Set:** - Must have Level 2 or greater trauma experience - Experience across various surgical specialties, including: - Orthopedics (general, total joint, spine) - Neuro - General/GYN/Urology (including DaVinci) - Vascular - Thoracic - **Preferred Skills:** - Expert spine and ortho skills - **Typical Procedures:** - Spinal Fusion - Total Joint Replacements - Ortho Trauma - DaVinci Robot Procedures (e.g., prostatectomy, colectomy, gastric bypass) - **Ideal Personality Fit:** - Team player - Dedicated and passionate about patient care - **Required Certifications:** - BLS - Certifications specific to role and aligned with state and federal regulations (e.g., CST, license) - **Floating Areas:** - OB OR - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs provided by the facility - **Schedule Details:** - Weekend and Night shifts required to cover vacancies - On-call required (approximately four 12-hour shifts per 8-week schedule) - **Experience Requirement:** - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
