Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with DaVinci robotics and multi-specialty surgical experience for a 13-week assignment.

Details

• Operating Room setting within a hospital environment
• Cases include ortho total joints, sports medicine, spine, urology, general surgery, and endoscopy (EGD/colonoscopies)
• Uses DaVinci robotic surgical system
• Epic EMR experience required
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 06:30-15:00 with flexibility
• Call requirements based on department needs, currently 1-2 weekday night call shifts per week
• Weekend requirement of 2 weekend days per 4-week schedule
• May require floating onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certification (must be AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required experience with DaVinci robotics
• Required experience in ortho total joints, sports medicine, spine, urology, general surgery, and endoscopy procedures
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties
• Holiday coverage required for Christmas Eve
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
