Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred if required by facility).
- Recent Operating Room nursing experience.
- Must be proficient in Orthopedic and Spine surgeries.
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative standards.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills.
