Requirements

• 2+ years of OR RN experience
• Level II Trauma experience
• Experience in Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, General/Gyn, and Urology
• Active Michigan RN License
• BLS (AHA) certification

Preferred:

• Recent travel nursing experience..

OR RN Responsibilities

• 40%: Assess patients, develop and manage care plans, and prioritize patient safety.
• 30%: Coordinate OR activities, prepare equipment/supplies, assist anesthesia, and maintain the sterile field.
• 20%: Communicate with patients, families, physicians, OR staff, and management.
• 10%: Attend staff meetings, training, and educational programs for professional growth.
