• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370

• Call: 1-2 days per week on a rotating schedule

Job Requirements

• Active Tennessee RN license or compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• At least 1 year of circulator experience in the Operating Room required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic experience within the last 12 months required
• Experience in ambulatory OR and PACU preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical safety, infection control, and sterile technique
• Ability to work rotating call and weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Circulate a variety of surgical cases in the Operating Room
• Support procedures across orthopedics, gynecology, urology, vascular, and general surgery
• Assist with robotic and advanced procedures, including Mako and Da Vinci cases
• Maintain accurate documentation in Allscripts and support seamless perioperative workflows
• Prepare the OR, manage instruments and supplies, and promote a safe surgical environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team
• Respond to call coverage as scheduled and assist with weekend rotations
• Support patient safety through universal protocol, specimen handling, and infection prevention practices
