**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? - Embrace the challenge of working in a fast-paced Operating Room environment with a focus on quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the OR/ASU setting. - Assess patients' clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual needs. - Recognize and address safety issues while ensuring the safe movement of patients using appropriate lifts. - Function effectively in stressful situations, showcasing strong problem-solving skills. - Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities when necessary. - Take on leadership roles, including charge nurse duties as required. **Qualifications:** - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. - Current NYS RN license. - BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. - Previous experience in a nursing leadership role is a plus. - Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles and OR clinical equipment. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - Skilled in lethal dysrhythmia interpretation. **Work Schedule:** - 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a) with weekend, holiday, and on-call duties required. - On-call response time of 30 minutes. --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
