• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,270 - $2,400
• Schedule: Alternating 4x10-hour day and night shifts
• Shift Length: 10 hours
• Shifts per Week: 4
• Weekend Requirement: Minimum 1 weekend per month
• Call Requirement: 36 hours of call per 6 weeks
• Float Requirement: Perioperative float within skill set
• Orientation: 60 hours
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Charting System: Epic

Job Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required
• Trauma OR experience required
• Scrub experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Comfortable floating within perioperative scope
• Willing to work scheduled holidays as needed
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room
• Circulate and scrub for a wide variety of surgical procedures
• Support trauma and complex surgical cases using strong clinical judgment
• Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and infection prevention standards
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures
• Document accurately in Epic and follow unit protocols
• Adapt to a fast-paced surgical services environment while delivering excellent patient care
• Participate in call coverage and weekend rotation as scheduled
